A circular economy is a concept readily embraced, but not ultimately achievable because of limitations imposed by product design, types of use, or logistical challenges. This presentation, while fully supporting the basic idea of circularity, will demonstrate that the concept has limits that cannot be surmounted, or that it is better not to surmount them rather than being slavishly devoted to circularity as an absolute.
